STVT Presents: The Week of Giving

December 1 – December 5
In partnership with Toys for Tots

South Texas Vocational Technical Institute invites our communities to join us for The Week of Giving, a multi-campus toy collection initiative supporting local children and families through the nationally recognized Toys for Tots program. From December 1 through December 5, our participating STVT campuses will be accepting donations of new, unwrapped toys to help bring holiday cheer to children across South Texas.
(Please note: this campaign does not include the Arlington campus.)

About Toys for Tots

Operated by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Toys for Tots has provided millions of gifts to children since 1947. Their mission is to collect and distribute toys to children who may otherwise go without—helping deliver hope, joy, and a sense of belonging during the holiday season.

How You Can Participate

Bring a new, unwrapped toy to any participating STVT campus during business hours. All collected toys will be delivered to local Toys for Tots chapters to support families in our region.

Limited-Edition STVT Holiday Gift Giveaway

As a token of appreciation, anyone who donates a toy between December 1–December 5 (or while supplies last) will receive a limited-edition STVT holiday gift.
Guidelines:

• Limit one STVT holiday gift per household, regardless of the number of toys donated
• Gifts are only available December 1–December 5 or until supplies run out
• Campuses will continue accepting toy donations after December 5 up to their final local deadlines, but gifts will no longer be distributed after December 5

Final Toy Drop-Off Deadlines by Campus

Each participating campus has a designated final day to accept toys this season:

• Brownsville: Final drop-off December 11
• Corpus Christi: Final drop-off December 9
• McAllen: Final drop-off December 10
• San Antonio: Final drop-off December 5
• Weslaco: Final drop-off December 9

Campus Locations & Hours

Participating campuses are open 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM for donation drop-offs.
