Programs Offered at our Corpus Christi Campus:

  • Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration - This program offers students an opportunity to learn fundamental skills to become HVAC Technicians. Students graduate with expertise in installing and repairing systems, reading blueprints, replacing broken parts, understanding EPA regulations, and more. If you enjoy working with your hands, critical thinking, and problem solving, this program may be for you.
  • Dental Assisting - As an exponentially growing field, our Dental Assisting program is a popular choice for many students seeking a career in dental care. With this curriculum, students learn skills such as assisting dentists in providing patient care, taking X-rays, instructing patients on proper dental hygiene, and more. Students in our Dental Assisting program graduate ready for employers seeking qualified candidates.
  • Medical Assisting - STVT’s Medical Assisting program is designed to give students the clerical and clinical skills it takes to be a medical assistant. Through the instruction of industry experienced professors, as well as hands-on learning, students become skilled managing electronic medical records and insurance claims as well as using patient management systems. Students graduate with the ability to take vitals, give shots, change dressings, and more.
  • Combination Welding - Our Combination Welding program is popular with students seeking a career where they can work with their hands in a variety of different settings. STVT’s Combination Welding curriculum includes both classroom and workshop instruction on reading blueprints, using methods and materials to combine pieces, working with various tools, and other essential skills pertaining to combination welding. If you enjoy working in an ever-changing industry and want a career where your day-to-day is never the same, our Combination Welding program might be a good fit for you.
