School and Career Services

In an effort to assist the student with various aspects of school life, certain programs and services are offered by the school to help in locating housing, the availability of employment, and various other activities.

The Career Services office advises advanced students and graduates on available jobs in the area for which they have been trained. This office provides the following job placement services:

Assistance in preparation of résumés, cover letters, and interviewing skills
Information on job availability
Part-time job placement assistance while students are attending school

Housing Assistance

The School will help students arrange housing through the various apartment locator and apartment management services located in the area.

Graduate Placement Assistance

While proper assessments and training are necessary, STVT has always placed a great emphasis on job placement assistance, since this is the most important service we can offer our students. The School is proud of its record of job placement assistance.

Student Activities

Throughout the school year, activities that encourage school spirit and develop student leadership are offered through the nationally recognized STVT Student Association.
